Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest – deeply and completely.   Many poses are done with the support of props    which allow the student to remain in the pose longer thus gaining a deeper release.  During deep relaxation the body and mind        begin to rejuvenate – the ill effects of stress, fatigue and tension are greatly reduced.   Starting in October this class will be offered at two levels:

Slow Stretch/Restorative I    :   suitable for beginners or students who do not attend a  weekly yoga class.
Slow Stretch/Restorative II  :  suitable for more experienced yoga students who are comfortable with inversions.  Students should either be attending a  weekly class or have a strong home practice
